Replacement Keys

Standard shipping is by registered mail, which usually takes 7-14 business days worldwide (up to 28 business days for more remote locations).

Free standard shipping is offered on orders over USD 90 / GBP 80 / EUR 90 / AUD 130

A Premium shipping option is available for an additional charge, by air courier (UPS, FedEx, EMS or similar) and normally takes 3-5 business days worldwide. If required please add this option to the Shopping Cart before checkout.

Currently we accept payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, Euros and Australian Dollars. Select the country you reside for pricing in your currency. If your country’s currency is not available then the default currency will be set to Euros (for countries located within Europe) and US Dollars (for non-European countries)

Payment can be made by credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/CB) using a secure online server or by Apple Pay/Google Pay (if enabled on your device).

Shipments will be made from our UK, USA and Hong Kong based fulfilment facilities. The exact shipping point will depend on your location and also availability. Wherever possible we always attempt the most efficient routing.

For orders shipped to the USA and UK there will be NO additional taxes or duties.

For all other countries, although we use low value consignment protocol there may be the possibility of sales tax and/or import duties being charged by customs at the destination country. Any questions or concerns please contact us before placing your order.
